The Morse Theatre - Rogers Park, Chicago
Construction is well underway on the renovation/restoration of this historic 1912 building. When it is finished, the building will house a 300-seat music venue (The Morse) and an old Chicago style tavern/restaurant (The Century Public House). The theatre's facade will be completely restored and adorned with a retro 1930's style marquee. The interior of the auditorium is designed in an Art Deco/Moderne style. GPD is also concentrating on Silver Level LEED Green Certification using green/sustainable products, such as a green roof, environmentally friendly building materials, and the basic recycling of an existing building adjacent to an El station. |

The building will also receive a facade restoration, energy efficient storefront, airlock system, glass checkered transoms, new signage and lighting, and decorative custom tile work.

Lakefront Condo - Edgewater, Chicago
In this 450 square foot studio condominium we are maximizing space with a strategic layout including an innovative sliding glass wall to create a convertible bedroom. The goal is to create plenty of storage without infringing too much on the small condo's livable space. Attractive and functional, we have designed this space with a modern sensibility.
