Eighteen-foot windows allow sunlight to pour onto the natural stone wall, which absorbs and radiates heat throughout the day. Other energy-saving features are the 120 foot, 2,500 watt wind turbine, the 220 SF photovoltaic solar panel system, and recycled newsprint and cardboard insulation top off the environmentally friendly energy system. The siding and decking are also made of recycled materials.
