Classic Bungalow

GPD renovated this bungalow in Chicago's Historic Lakewood Balmoral District with style, comfort, and privacy in mind. The renovation relocated the previously isolated and dark kitchen towards the back of the house.  Now, connected to a new breakfast room and an outdoor porch, the kitchen is open and airy. The light fixtures, fabrics, and finishes are traditional to a  classic bungalow, yet the rooms remain relaxed and geared toward modern convenience.
