The Belle Shore Apartments

The Building was originally developed by Max Malter, who named the hotel after his wife, Belle. With its striking Art Deco facade, Egyptian motif, green terra cotta cladding, and gold-colored terra cotta pilasters, the Belle Shore Hotel was a unique spectacle when it was built in 1929.
