At our client’s request and with a bit of daring design an elegant 1^st story powder room is fit snugly into a very modest and unlikely space.

• The 6” wide, custom cut green marble counter was curved to allow room for the door swing

• Large floor to ceiling windows create the feel of space and allow afternoon sun to filter into the room. Fine fabric drapes maintain enough privacy for any occupant.

• Hammered brass bowl sink

• Floor to ceiling painted bead board walls

• Light blue painted ceiling and ceramic floor tiling
